Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an AMET Head of Pre-Construction to lead design and pre-construction for large fulfillment and logistics projects across AMET. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction management, pre-construction management, or related disciplines with progressive leadership responsibility.
• 10+ years leading development and pre-construction activities for logistics facilities, warehouses, industrial facilities, and/or critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead pre-construction activities for complex projects with Design & Construction and Real Estate teams.
• Risk Management & Analysis: Identify improvements, analyze conflicts, evaluate resources, mitigate risks.
• Critical Decision Making: Assess complex situations and escalate appropriately to ensure project success.
• Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Technical & Analytical Excellence: Navigate local regulations and customer requirements, develop innovative solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Create written communications to partners and stakeholders and build relationships.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
• Travel: Up to 50% travel across AMET region for site evaluations and construction oversight.
