Afaq is seeking an AMET Head of Pre-Construction to lead the pre-construction phases (site selection, evaluation, budget estimating, concept through detailed design) for major fulfillment facilities across AMET. You will partner with Design & Construction, Real Estate, and multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget construction readiness and robust 3+ year capacity planning.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in construction management, pre-construction management, or related disciplines with progressive leadership responsibility
• 10+ years leading development and pre-construction activities for logistics facilities, warehouses, industrial facilities, and/or critical infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science
• Experience in construction or engineering project management, real estate development, or architecture/design

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead pre-construction activities for complex projects, partnering with Design & Construction stakeholders and Real Estate teams to develop construction and site strategies.
• Risk Management & Analysis: Identify process improvements, analyze design conflicts, evaluate resources, and predict and mitigate risks throughout the pre-construction phase.
• Critical Decision Making: Assess complex situations requiring leadership visibility and involvement; apply sound judgment to navigate decisions, weighing risks and opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and drive cross-functional teams to deliver results and execute project deliverables independently.
