Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AMET Head of Pre-Construction to lead the delivery of engineering design phases for large-scale fulfilment center projects across AMET. You will manage site selection, budgeting, concept design, and detail design to ensure on-time, within-budget launches while building a robust 3+ year capacity pipeline.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction management or pre-construction with progressive leadership.
• 10+ years leading development and pre-construction activities for logistics facilities/warehouses.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities (site selection, evaluation, budgets, concept/design) with Design & Construction teams.
• Identify risks, optimize resources, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across Real Estate, Design & Construction.
