Riyadh-Based Engineering Manager: Infrastructure & Assurance

Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Engineering Manager for site-based delivery in Riyadh to support a key infrastructure package under our TSP contract. You will provide client-side oversight, assure design compliance, and drive constructability and regulatory alignment across all design & build phases.

You will lead multi-disciplinary design reviews, coordinate with client engineers and internal assurance teams, and ensure safety, performance, and long-term value for the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5-10 years of infrastructure or secure project experience.
• Familiar with Saudi regulations and international standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with secure site protocols is a plus.
• Experience with technical oversight, design reviews, or quality control on government/defence projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience with Design & Build contractors is desirable.
• Knowledge of compliance in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, on-time delivery of infrastructure works.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with drawings, specs, and standards.
• Review submittals, RFIs, method statements, and test plans.
• Participate in inspections, reviews and audits.
• Report progress, issues and risks to project leadership.
