Amazon GESI in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead project delivery for Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and related facilities across the MEATR region.

You will manage new builds, retrofits, and expansions, coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, and travel 40–60% domestically or internationally to meet project demands. Strong leadership and cost-control skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 2 to 7 years of project supervision and engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new construction of Fulfillment Centers in the MEATR region.
• Advise on schedule, cost, and permitting impacts.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Supervise multiple projects from small renovations to $20M+ facilities.
• Prepare reports and specifications defining design requirements and services.
• Negotiate contracts with developers and general contractors.
