Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a Stakeholder Manager for Airport Interfaces to lead central coordination between the project team, GACA, aviation authorities, consultants, and contractors across airport, airfield, and infrastructure workstreams.

The role drives the Stakeholder Management Plan, tracks authority submissions and approvals, resolves cross‑disciplinary conflicts, and ensures clear ownership and timely closure of actions to support on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in stakeholder or design management for large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management activities across airport, airfield, infrastructure, and utility packages.
• Develop and maintain the Stakeholder Management Plan and engagement strategy.
• Track authority submissions, reviews, comments, permits, NOCs, and approvals.
• Coordinate with GACA, aviation authorities, and design consultants to resolve issues and ensure timely closure.
