Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new air freight business opportunities in the Jeddah market.
• Generate leads, approach prospective customers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and recommend suitable air freight solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations with pricing and operations teams.
• Coordinate competitive air freight rates, routing options, and transit times.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, inquiries, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain records of sales activities and follow-ups.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining margins and service quality.
