Job summary

Safe Hands Shipping Line is seeking an Air Freight Operations Lead (Import and Export) for a full-time, on-site role in the Riyadh Region. You will oversee day‑to‑day air freight activities, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, and customers to keep shipments moving.

Qualifications

• 3 years in air-freight operations at a forwarder or airline in KSA or GCC
• IATA DGR Category 6/7.3 certificate or ready to sit within 30 days
• Experience with SAL terminals, FASAH, delivery orders, CargoGate in KSA
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Experience at an IATA-accredited agent (CASS, e-AWB, Cargo iQ milestones)
• SABER / SFDA awareness for regulated goods

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and customers to ensure timely shipments
• Prepare and review air waybills and customs documentation
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues
