Job summary

Addify is seeking an experienced AI GTM strategist to lead go-to-market initiatives for major clients in Financial Services and Retail. You will build executive relationships, shape AI opportunities, and craft compelling business cases and narratives to win high-value engagements.

The role requires deep AI knowledge, strong cross-functional leadership, and proven success in presales, proposals, and deal shaping within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for assigned mega accounts or regional portfolios within Financial Services and Retail.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to client priorities and industry trends.
• Develop compelling AI value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives addressing industry-specific challenges.
• Partner with Client Partners, Sales teams, and Industry Leaders to originate, position, and close AI-driven engagements.
• Lead and coordinate RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for AI opportunities, including solution strategy and executive presentations.
• Lead executive-level presales activities including opportunity shaping, solution design, and proposal positioning.
• Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue performance, and commercial success across assigned accounts.
• Contribute to account growth planning and AI sales strategy by identifying new market opportunities and positioning differentiated AI solutions.
• Ensure responsible AI principles — security, governance, transparency, and human oversight — are embedded into opportunity framing and solution design.
• Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, collaborating across business, delivery, and leadership teams.
