Job summary

Consulum is seeking an entrepreneurial Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work at the intersection of AI engineering, product ownership, consulting and client delivery in Riyadh. You will translate client challenges into secure, scalable AI products and own solutions from discovery through deployment and adoption.

The role involves shaping Consulum's AI product portfolio, identifying repeatable use cases, and delivering agentic AI to clients while maintaining strong governance and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions using Python, LLMs, RAG, APIs, agentic workflows, and automation tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP, n8n or equivalent platforms."
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a digital or AI solution from discovery through post-launch iteration.
• Ability to translate ambiguous client or business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions and clear technical requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken business English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with consulting teams, clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities for AI-enabled products.
• Own AI solutions across the product lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Translate business problems into product requirements, user stories and technical specifications.
• Design, build and deploy agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and automation tools.
• Support client demonstrations, workshops, pilots, and training for adoption.
• Identify opportunities to convert bespoke client solutions into reusable modules and scalable products.
• Shape product roadmaps with the Head of AI and evaluate technical and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain security, data privacy, AI governance, evaluation and production reliability.
