Job summary

Sarj is seeking a Product Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to understand client needs, design tailored AI-driven solutions, and bring them to life using Sarj AI capabilities.

You will own the solution journey from discovery to handover, delivering demos, iterating with clients, and coordinating with product and engineering for deeper tech input. Strong communication in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, including Saudi dialect.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand client requirements and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into practical, creative solutions.
• Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions using Sarj AI products and technologies.
• Prepare and deliver client demos and answer product, technical, and scope questions.

Role Overview

As a Product Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand client requirements, design and build tailored solutions, and bring them to life using Sarj AI’s products and capabilities. You will own the solution journey end to end — from understanding the client’s needs and proposing the right approach, to building, integrating, demonstrating, iterating, and handing over the solution to the team after signing.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand client requirements and desired outcomes.
• Propose how Sarj AI can address client needs and translate requirements into practical, creative solutions.
• Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions using Sarj AI products and technologies.
• Prepare and deliver client demos, answering product, technical, and scope-related questions.
• Gather feedback and iterate on solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering when deeper technical input or product capabilities are needed.
• Hand over signed projects with the relevant solution details and requirements.
• Build websites and lightweight tools using modern AI-assisted and vibe-coding approaches.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with fluency in the Saudi dialect.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to building solutions.
• Ability to take ownership of projects end to end.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with the following:

• APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools.
• Building prototypes, websites, or internal tools using AI-assisted coding.
• Solutions, consulting, pre-sales, or other client-facing technical roles.
