Job summary

Zoomlion Saudi Arabia is seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development professional to grow the company’s agricultural machinery portfolio across the Riyadh region. You will cultivate long‑term relationships with farm owners, agri‑projects, and government buyers, guiding them through the full equipment lifecycle to maximize revenue and market share.

The role emphasizes field presence: on‑farm demos, quotations, pricing negotiations, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in agricultural machinery or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Business Admin or Marketing (or diploma with strong experience).
• Fluent Arabic with good working English (written and spoken).
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by value, unit volume and product line.
• Develop and execute a territory plan covering farms, agri‑businesses, poultry operations, contractors and government projects.
• Identify, qualify and convert new customers while increasing share of wallet within existing accounts.
• Plan sales activity around the agricultural calendar to anticipate demand and position stock.
• Conduct regular field visits, on‑farm product demonstrations and machine trials.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and tender submissions in line with pricing policy.
• Negotiate price, trade‑in valuations, delivery schedules and payment terms.
