Job summary

The role emphasizes training national counterparts, improving infrastructure reliability, and managing cost and quality control across complex TAC packages. English required; Arabic and other languages preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in civil engineering; Master’s in a relevant field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist GACA in evaluating and approving design reviews.
• Supervise construction of runway and terminal structures.
• Monitor execution against schedule; assess airport facilities and equipment capacity.
• Develop and train national counterparts; advise on quality, time, and cost control.
• Administer contracts; prepare reports for airport rehabilitation and future development.
