Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to oversee civil and structural design for the Airport Infrastructure Programme. You will lead design teams, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure safety, quality, and performance of terminals, runways, pavements, bridges, and utilities.

You will provide technical guidance, review drawings and calculations, manage schedules and budgets, and liaise with regulators to meet codes, standards, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably airports or transportation.
• Strong ability to guide design teams and coordinate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the civil and structural design for airport infrastructure, ensuring safety and performance of terminals, runways, pavements, bridges, and utilities.
• Oversee preparation of drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with codes and standards.
• Direct design processes for temporary and permanent structures and coordinate with MEP, transportation, and architecture.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and ensure adherence to best practices and project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure designs account for loads, durability, seismic activity, and environmental conditions.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions and lead cross-functional design reviews.
