Job summary

Naghi Marine Company in Jeddah invites an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records to support timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in accounting, strong knowledge of VAT (ZATCA), Excel proficiency, and familiarity with ERP systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and confidential handling of financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with AP, supplier invoices, and payment processing.
• Knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations and ZATCA requirements.
• Familiarity with SOCPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, supplier invoices, and payment requests.
• Verify supplier invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate supplier records.
• Prepare and post general ledger entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash transactions, expense claims, and supporting financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper financial documentation.
• Assist with Saudi VAT compliance and ZATCA reporting requirements.
• Support financial reporting activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
