Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Riyadh office. You will manage day-to-day accounting, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations while supporting the company’s financial operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, knowledge of VAT/ZATCA, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). Strong Excel skills and bilingual communication are valuable in a cross-functional team setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of Saudi accounting practices, VAT and ZATCA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily accounting activities: AP, AR, GL entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor expenses, payments, invoices and financial transactions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, VAT and ZATCA requirements.
• Assist with VAT filings, tax documentation and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accurate reporting and cost allocation.
• Support payroll accounting and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist with internal and external audits and maintain documentation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using the company’s systems.
• Support financial reporting to regional and corporate management.
