Impact Arabia is seeking a practical and reliable Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations in Riyadh. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Saudi accounting standards and the ability to collaborate with management, suppliers, customers, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of relevant experience, solid VAT and ZATCA knowledge, and proven proficiency with ERP systems such as Odoo, MS Dynamics, or SAP.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience, with 2+ years in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Odoo, MS Dynamics, SAP).

Aufgaben

• Handle full-cycle accounting and daily journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; follow up customer collections.
• Prepare monthly closing and financial reports; assist in P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams; support external auditors and year-end closing.

Impact Arabia is looking for a practical and reliable Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on accounting experience, good knowledge of the Saudi accounting environment, and the ability to work closely with management, suppliers, customers, and operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounting and daily journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Follow up customer collections and supplier balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing and financial reports.
• Assist in preparing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Handle VAT, ZATCA requirements, and e-invoicing compliance.
• Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and COGS.
• Monitor expenses, petty cash, advances, and accruals.
• Prepare customer and supplier account reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
• Support external auditors and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP/accounting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Approximately 4-8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements.
• Good experience in inventory, AP, AR, and general ledger accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software.
• Good English communication skills.
• Stable employment history is highly preferred.
• Transferable Iqama and candidates available to join soon are preferred.
• Preferred experience in trading, building materials, distribution, contracting, or manufacturing.
• Experience with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Exposure to internal controls and audit support.
