Job summary

Flow Progressive Logistics is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to own and modernize the end-to-end AP cycle across multiple entities. The role focuses on accurate vendor payments, automation, and system-led efficiency within Oracle Fusion, OTM, Ertikaz, and Shipsy.

You will lead AP operations, balance sheet accounting, and drive IFRS compliance, with responsibilities spanning month-end close, audits, and vendor data governance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CMA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
• 6-10 years of progressive AP/finance experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain preferred.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience mandatory.
• Exposure to Ertikaz, OTM, Shipsy, or comparable logistics systems highly preferred.
• Involvement in system implementations, ERP migration, or finance digital transformation projects.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, particularly accruals and provisions.
• Familiarity with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AP cycle including invoice receipt, 3-way matching, approvals, and payments.
• Oversee vendor master data integrity, payment terms, and aging analysis.
• Ensure GRNI reconciliation and month-end AP close including accruals and cut-offs.
• Support IFRS-compliant reporting and audit-ready AP schedules.
• Act as finance-side owner for SAP/Oracle integrations with other systems; drive automation.
• Draft and maintain AP SOPs and control matrices; enforce procurement-to-pay policies.
• Supervise AP team members and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
