Zusammenfassung

TÜV SÜD Middle East LLC in Ar-Riyāḍ, Saudi Arabia, seeks an Academy Manager to lead the country strategy for the TÜV SÜD Academy, driving business growth and market positioning. You will manage key client relationships, govern regulatory compliance, and oversee end-to-end academy operations including sales, training delivery, certification, and trainer development.

The role requires strong leadership to align sales and operations, ensure high performance, and deliver high-quality learning

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8–12 years in training, certification, or service industries.
• Experience in business development, client relationships, and strategy execution.
• Experience with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and accreditation processes.
• Solid understanding of training operations, certification schemes, and learning solutions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the country-specific Academy strategy.
• Drive business development to meet revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with key clients, industry partners, and government authorities.
• Lead KAM activities to secure long-term partnerships.
• Obtain and maintain training center approvals, licenses, and accreditations.
• Oversee audits from authorities and accreditation bodies, ensuring compliance.
• Oversee sales and operations: lead management, pipeline tracking, conversion.
• Develop and lead both sales and operations teams toward targets.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of classroom, virtual, and e-learning programs.
• Build and manage a pool of qualified trainers and onboarding processes.
• Identify suitable training venues and ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee certification processes, including examination and issuance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrated service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic insights for improvement.
• Adhere to TÜV SÜD quality standards and procedures.
