Job summary

Pacc Offshore Services Holdings Ltd. in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Crewing Officer to act as the focal point for international crew across the POSH Saudi fleet. You will execute end-to-end crewing operations to support fleet requirements.

Responsibilities include liaising with Crew Managers and Crew Head, preparing Aramco submissions, verifying documents, managing visas and mobilization, updating COMPAS, and coordinating with payroll and shore teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marine crew management and offshore vessel operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Crew Manager and Crew Head to ensure crew line-up is ready according to vessel schedules.
• Prepare and arrange documents for Aramco submissions (PAL / FAL).
• Verify joining crew documents, certificates, and training per requirements.
• Ensure crew have valid visas, work passes, Aramco IDs and other permits.
• Manage full crew mobilization cycle including sign-on/sign-off.
