Job description:

• Presales Engineer for network and network security technologies
• The candidate will work with sales team and the customers to develop new business opportunities
• The candidate is expected to deliver technical presentation about the solutions in the company portfolio
• The candidate is expected to work closely with the customers to gather the information and build the design for network infrastructure solutions and generate bill of materials and deliver quality presentation for the proposed design
• The candidate is expected to work closely alongside the sales team with vendors team during the whole sales cycle
• The candidate is expected to work on responding to the Request-For-Proposal (RFP), Request-For-Quote(RFQ), tenders by preparing the required technical submission as per the company quality standards
• The candidate is expected to work with other team members for developing the designs that involves integration between multiple disciplines/technologies.
• The candidate is expected to work with the delivery/post-sales team during the projects delivery to provide the technical assistance about the design when required.

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge about latest enterprise network architecture
• Solid knowledge about latest data center network architecture
• Thorough knowledge of Cisco solutions portfolio , mainly, Switching/routing, wireless, collaboration, firewalls.
• Thorough knowledge of main security vendors (Paloalto, Fortinet)
• Good knowledge about NAC solutions
• Good knowledge about DDI solutions
• Good knowledge about ADC solutions
• Good theoretical knowledge about virtualization and cloud technologies
• Exposure to other technologies is a must.

Certifications:

• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent is a must
• CCIE/CCDE is a plus
• Professional certifications from main security vendors is a plus

• Good time/effort management skill and delivering the required work on time
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build good professional relationships with the customers and the team mates
