Qualifications

• 11–13 years of experience in shared services, operations management, or process improvement for Expert level.
• 14–16 years of experience in shared services, operational strategy, and cross-functional management for Senior Expert level.
• Certifications like Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide shared services operations across HR, Finance, IT, and Administration.
• Standardize processes and implement best practices.
• Monitor service delivery metrics and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Support digitalization and automation of shared services processes.
