A leading tech and retail firm is searching for a Senior Sales Manager to spearhead their operations in Qatar. This role requires extensive experience in sales management, a deep understanding of retail dynamics, and the ability to foster relationships with key clients. Ideal candidates will have over 12 years of proven track record in achieving sales targets, along with strong leadership skills. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving market.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our retail and technology products division in the Qatar market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue, managing high-performing sales teams, and expanding market share across consumer electronics, tech accessories, and retail distribution channels.
Develop and execute sales strategies for retail and technology product lines to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to ensure consistent performance and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and partners in Qatar.
Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and potential growth channels.
Oversee key account management, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure strong market presence.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams for seamless product launches and customer support.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans for senior management.
Minimum 12-15 years of sales experience in Qatar within retail and/or technology products.
Proven success in managing large accounts and achieving high sales targets.
Strong understanding of Qatar’s retail landscape, distribution networks, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience with consumer electronics, tech gadgets, smart devices, or related retail products is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
