Job summary

NES Fircroft is partnering with a Qatar facilities management firm to hire a Business Development Executive. You will work with the BDM to build new key customer relationships and identify business opportunities to provide facility management services in Doha.

The role involves securing contracts, coordinating with Operations to expand existing accounts, and preparing annual development plans aligned with strategic objectives and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BA or related field; engineering background is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development within facilities management.
• Prior experience in large-scale FM companies.

Responsibilities

• Support management in increasing revenue by securing new contracts and expanding existing ones.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to discuss marketing concepts and campaigns.
• Prepare annual Business Development plans aligned with objectives and budget.
