Job summary

Kafu Facility Management in Doha, QA is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to drive new business for facilities management services. You will build relationships with corporate and property clients, promote FM offerings, prepare quotes, and convert leads into long-term contracts.

You will work on-site, meet monthly and annual targets, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handovers of new contracts while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Cleaning, Maintenance, MEP, Property Management, or related services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the QATAR business market and B2B sales environment.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and networking skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
• QATAR driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and projects in the facilities management industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, procurement teams, landlords, and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell facilities management and related services, including cleaning, maintenance, AC services, and other building support services.
• Visit potential clients and properties to understand their requirements and identify service opportunities.
• Prepare and submit professional quotations, proposals, and service offers.
• Follow up consistently on leads, quotations, proposals, and client inquiries.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of new contracts.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and support customer satisfaction and contract renewal.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
