Job summary

Qureos in Doha seeks an experienced Business Solutions Partner to design practical, competitive FM solutions spanning hard and soft services. You will work with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams to translate requirements into deliverable service models.

The role requires 5+ years in Facility Management, strong knowledge of FM services, Qatar/GCC experience preferred, and expertise in tenders, bids, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of Hard & Soft FM Services.
• Qatar/GCC FM experience preferred.
• Experience in FM operations, solutions, tenders, bids or estimation.
• Ability to review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models.
• Understanding of manpower planning, mobilisation and SLAs/KPIs.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
