Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Business Development Manager in Qatar to drive growth of the Facilities Management business. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and securing high-value FM contracts.

You will craft strategies, engage with clients across sectors, and lead proposals from lead generation to contract handover. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in BD within FM/Engineering sectors, GCC experience in Qatar, and strong communication, negotiation,

Qualifications

Engineering background; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
10–15 years of BD experience in FM/Engineering/Construction or related industry.
GCC experience, based in Qatar; Arabic speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and secure high-value FM contracts.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets in the FM sector.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients in targeted sectors.
Support pricing strategies and commercial proposals aligned with market expectations and company objectives.
Contribute to annual business planning and forecasting processes.
Lead proposals and bids from lead generation to contract handover to operations.
Maintain a CRM system to track leads and client interactions.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
Mentor junior team members and lead client meetings with confidence.
