Job summary

Almuftah Group is seeking a Facility Management Sales Executive to drive growth in Qatar. You will identify opportunities, develop proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract handover to operations.

The role requires building a robust pipeline, engaging property owners and facility managers, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored FM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management sales, preferably in Qatar.
• FM/MEP background with sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new FM opportunities across Qatar.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate technical and commercial proposals and tender submissions.
• Engage clients, conduct meetings, and present solutions.
• Nurture long-term client relationships and pursue renewals.
