Job summary

NES Fircroft is partnering with a Qatar facilities management firm to hire a Business Development Executive. You will work with the BDM to build new key customer relationships and identify business opportunities to provide facility management services in Doha.

The role involves securing contracts, coordinating with Operations to expand existing accounts, and preparing annual development plans aligned with strategic objectives and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BA or related field; engineering background is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development within facilities management.
• Prior experience in large-scale FM companies.

NES is Exclusively working with Qatar facitlies management company within the Oil and Gas sector to hire a Business Development Executive.

Working alongside the BDM, you will be responsible for builing new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide facility management services, generating new leads with a purpose to convert them to opportunities then deals, support in penetrating and expansion into new market segments of FM industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Support management in increasing company revenue by securing new contracts and working with the Operations department to expand existing new contracts
- Engage with internal stakeholders to discuss marketing concepts and campaigns
- Prepare annual Business Development plans that supprot strategic objectives, align with the budget, and meet expected outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in BA, Engineering background is a plus
- 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field or Business Development in facilities management
- Previous experience in large scale FM companies
