Job summary

Trades App is seeking an experienced Business Solutions Partner in Doha to collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams. The role focuses on developing practical, competitive, and commercially viable facility management solutions for the Qatar market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Facility Management, deep knowledge of hard and soft FM services, and strong commercial acumen to manage tenders, bids, and SLAs/KPIs while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of Hard & Soft FM Services.
• Qatar/GCC FM experience preferred.
• Experience in FM operations, solutions, tenders, bids or estimation.
• Ability to review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models.
• Understanding of manpower planning, mobilisation and SLAs/KPIs.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Business or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• The role will work closely with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams to develop practical, competitive and commercially viable FM solutions.
