Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in spare parts sales and service enquiries.
• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree or B.Tech required.
• Based in Qatar/Doha with willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead to Order for spare parts and services enquiries.
• Identify upsell opportunities and submit quotations.
• Check parts availability and price for quotations using ERP and related tools.
• Register orders in ERP and issue POs to suppliers.
• Maintain CRM data and Installed Base information; support sales with spare parts information.
• Generate and develop leads for service business.
