Job summary

Alfa Laval in Doha seeks a qualified professional to drive the Lead to Order process for spare parts and services. You will analyze customer requirements, prepare quotations, and collaborate with Sales to win orders.

You will use ERP/CRM tools to track quotes, monitor order progress, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate customer and equipment data for ongoing service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mechanical or chemical engineering environment is preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales, spare parts or service orders.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Sales and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead to Order process for enquiries related to Spare Parts & Services.
• Identify and capture upselling opportunities.
• Investigate parts required and submit quotations.
• Check availability and pricing to provide quotations using ERP and related systems.
• Weekly monitoring of Open Quotes and communicate with customers and Sales team.
• Register orders in ERP and provide related POs to suppliers.
• Maintain CRM data and Installed Base information for customers.
• Support Sales team with spare parts information and service opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and develop leads for service business.

Education

Mechanical OR Chemical Engineering or B.Tech
