The role focuses on coordinating technical submittals, consultant approvals, and customer follow-ups to drive successful sales outcomes. The candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree, experience in sales support or technical sales, and solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office to manage sales documentation, procurement, logistics, and invoicing coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in Sales & Application Support or Technical Sales.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, sales documentation, procurement, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical submittals and coordinate consultant approvals.
• Handle customer follow-ups and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate and follow up jobs through to successful closure; prepare store requisitions and material requirements.
• Float local purchase enquiries and prepare FPOs/LPOs; maintain price lists and stock movements.
• Coordinate with Accounts for invoicing and payables/receivables; coordinate with factory and site teams for assembly, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Liaise with Civil Defense for material approvals and ensure compliance with QHSE policies.
