Job summary

Alfa Laval in Qatar seeks a results‑driven sales support specialist for Spare Parts & Services. You will drive the Lead to Order process, identify upsell opportunities, and provide quotations using ERP and CRM systems, while coordinating withSales to win orders.

You will maintain customer data, monitor quotes weekly, and help develop service opportunities within Installed Base to grow the business robustly.

Qualifications

• Responsible for Lead to Order process for Spare Parts & Services enquiries.
• Identify and submit quotations with upsell opportunities.
• Check parts availability and provide accurate pricing.
• Weekly monitoring of open quotes and collaboration with Sales.
• Register orders in ERP and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Maintain customer and equipment data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Develop leads for service business within Installed Base.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify upsell opportunities.
• Support Sales team with spare parts information as required.
• Follow up on order fulfillment with Order Handling.
• Proactively identify service opportunities within existing customers.
• Generate, qualify and develop leads for service business.
