Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Site Facilities) in Qatar to support on-site project coordination and ensure timely execution of a restoration project. You will work closely with the Logistics Division Manager and project teams to manage offices, facilities and passes, and to coordinate administrative activities across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager and team members for Offices and Temporary Support Facilities.
• Interfaces with authorities and Company departments on administrative and operational activities (permits, etc.).
• Coordinates staff mobilization plans and liaises with Project team to ensure timely site coverage, including office allocation and pass.
• Manages daily office operations and administrative activities, policies, procedures, and records; coordinates supplies, equipment, and inventory; ensures offices are organized and stocked.
• Coordinates office maintenance, repairs, and services; liaises with landlords and service providers; monitors health, safety and compliance requirements; ensures meeting rooms and common areas are maintained.
• Coordinates office vendors and service providers; monitors vendor performance and contract compliance; serves as first point of contact for office-related employee requests.
