Job summary

IRM Energy & Technology in Qatar invites a experienced Logistics Coordinator to support the Trains 4 & 6 Restoration Project. You will coordinate on-site facilities, office operations, and staff mobilization, ensuring timely project execution.

You will liaise with client and internal teams, manage permits, office procurement, and HSE monitoring while delivering efficient administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, Communication, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 8 years’ business-related experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas.
• Strong administrative experience with knowledge of project execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, administrative, and coordination support for offices and temporary facilities.
• Liaise with RLC and client on administrative and operational activities, including permits.
• Coordinate staff mobilization, site coverage, office allocation, and access passes.
• Manage daily office operations, records, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, and service providers.
• Monitor office HSE, compliance, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Coordinate vendors, monitor performance, and ensure contract compliance.
• Act as the first point of contact for office-related employee requests.
