Job summary

NES Fircroft invites applications for a Logistics Coordinator (FOC & Site Facilities) to support a major Oil & Gas restoration program in Qatar. The role focuses on logistics, facilities management, administrative tasks, and coordination across multiple project locations onshore.

The ideal candidate has substantial logistics and office management experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of supporting large projects in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics and facilities for large projects.
• Strong administration and office management background.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with staff mobilization and contractor coordination.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
• Knowledge of office policies, records, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager and project team.
• Coordinate office mobilization, allocation, maintenance, and site facility requirements.
• Support staff mobilization plans, office allocations, site access, and permit arrangements.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain office policies, procedures, records, and inventory management systems.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, furniture, and facility-related services.
• Liaise with operating companies, contractors, vendors, landlords, and service providers.
• Monitor office maintenance, health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate vendor activities and monitor service performance and contract compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for office-related employee requests and support requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve logistics and facilities-related issues.
