Job summary

Airswift seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Headquarters Relocation Project in Qatar, overseeing design through handover and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage schedules, risks, and contracts, and drive governance, reporting, and site inspections to ensure a successful move.

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or project management.
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is mandatory.
10+ years of relevant project management experience with leadership in large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of HQ relocation projects across design, construction, fit-out, relocation, handover and close-out.
Coordinate interfaces between internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, authorities, and landlords.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and change controls; ensure governance and reporting.
Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, safety, and regulatory standards and manage procurement and contract administration.
