Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Head of Logistics (Infrastructures) in Doha, Qatar. The role leads long-term maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of building infrastructure and utilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across EPC-managed sites.

You will develop short to long-term maintenance plans, manage budgets, oversee contractor interfaces, and drive asset management and space planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a business-related function or discipline.
• 6+ years in Oil & Gas industry.
• 2+ years in supervisory or oversight role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/building infrastructure and utility systems.
• Ensure reliability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct inspections and asset condition assessments.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades and capital projects.
