Job summary

Pharmacy One in Doha is seeking a Senior Service Excellence Delivery Agent to conduct meticulous QAS standards and services excellence checks, ensuring adherence to appearance and presentation in the designated zone.

You will monitor cleaning operations, customer experience and grooming, recording findings and rectifying discrepancies to uphold the highest cleanliness and service standards. This role also involves reporting to the Service Excellence Delivery Specialist with detailed improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and service standards.
• Attention to detail in cabin appearance and grooming.
• Ability to record and report inspection results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to perform conformance checks on cabin appearance, customer experience and grooming standards.
• Perform detailed quality checks covering all aircraft areas and customer service touchpoints in terminal and airside.
• Record quality checks accurately and prepare comprehensive reports for the Service Excellence Delivery Specialist.
