Mlabbas is seeking a Senior Service Excellence Delivery Agent to ensure QAS standards and service quality across designated zones. The role focuses on meticulous checks of cabin appearance, grooming and customer experience in line with airline requirements.

The incumbent will monitor cleaning operations and services standards, recording findings and preparing detailed reports for continuous improvement and adherence to highest cleanliness standards.

Qualificações

• Quality assurance and attention to detail
• Experience in service excellence or customer experience (preferred)
• Strong report writing and data recording skills

• Conform checks on cabin appearance, customer experience, and grooming standards in line with airline requirements
• Conduct detailed quality checks across cabin areas and passenger touchpoints

Accountable for rectifying any discrepancies to uphold the highest cleanliness and Services standards **Responsibilities** * Accountable to perform conformance checks on cabin appearance operations, customer experience and grooming standards in line with customer airline requirement and standards. * Perform detailed Quality checks covering all areas of the aircraft and customer services touchpoints inside terminal and airside. * Responsible to record the cabin appearance, customer Experience and grooming standards quality checks accurately and prepare comprehensive reports to be shared with Service Excellence Delivery Specialist outlining any discrepancies or areas for improvements
