Job summary

ABS is seeking a Senior Service Excellence Delivery Agent to uphold QAS standards across cabin appearance, customer experience and grooming in the designated zone. You will monitor operations in designated zones and rectify discrepancies to maintain top quality.

You will monitor cleaning operations, perform conformance checks on all aircraft touchpoints inside terminal and airside, and record findings with reports for the Service Excellence Delivery Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to perform conformance checks on cabin appearance operations, customer experience and grooming standards in line with customer airline requirements and standards.
• Perform detailed quality checks covering all areas of the aircraft and customer services touchpoints inside terminal and airside.
• Record the cabin appearance, customer experience and grooming standards quality checks accurately and prepare comprehensive reports for the Service Excellence Delivery Specialist outlining any discrepancies or areas for improvements.
