Sitech, LLC in Doha is seeking a Senior Service Excellence Delivery Agent responsible for monitoring cabin appearance, customer experience and grooming standards across designated zones in line with airline requirements.

You will conduct comprehensive quality checks inside aircraft, terminal and airside touchpoints, record findings accurately, and prepare reports for the Service Excellence Delivery Specialist detailing discrepancies and improvement opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable to perform conformance checks on cabin appearance operations, customer experience and grooming standards in line with customer airline requirement and standards.
• Perform detailed Quality checks covering all areas of the aircraft and customer services touchpoints inside terminal and airside.
• Record cabin appearance, customer experience and grooming standards quality checks accurately and prepare reports for the Service Excellence Delivery Specialist outlining discrepancies or areas for improvements.
