Job summary

Employment is seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist to manage employee relations matters, labor law compliance, and HR governance across the organization in Doha, Qatar.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or law, and strong skills in case management, policy development, and advisory support. Arabic language is strongly preferred, with professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive issues.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or HR Operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and case management practices; familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, workplace disputes, and investigations.
• Advise managers on employee conduct matters and ensure fair application of HR policies.
• Support development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist onboarding and exit processes, including compliance and documentation.
• Conduct compliance monitoring and support HR audits; identify risks and drive improvements.
