• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Experience managing compensation and benefits across multi‑entity groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Group-level people strategy aligned with growth.
• Establish HR frameworks, policies and processes across entities.
• Advise Group CEO and senior leadership on organizational design and staffing.
• Lead governance, reporting and HR analytics across the Group.
