Job summary

Confidential Company in Doha is seeking a senior HR & Administrative leader to drive end-to-end HR operations and two-country administration. You will shape HR strategy, policy development, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with local labor laws.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Qatar labour regulations, and experience coordinating with PROs and external providers to support workforce planning and mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures and processes aligned with business objectives and local regulations.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Oversee visa/work permit processes, employee documentation and onboarding across two countries.
• Handle payroll coordination, compensation, benefits and HR reporting.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, employee records and management dashboards.
