Job summary

Al Habari Group in Al Khor, Qatar, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations on site. The role supports employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration and policy implementation.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local labor laws, maintain HR records, and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and recruitment to foster a fair, inclusive and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience in generalist HR roles with strong policy experience.
• Expertise in benefits administration and onboarding processes.
• Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
