Job summary

Trades App in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Employee Engagement professional to drive employee experience, engagement, culture and workplace initiatives within a major organization. You will lead engagement programs, analyze survey data, report KPIs and collaborate with HR and business leaders to elevate workplace culture.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, with 6–10 years HR experience for senior roles; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 6–10 years HR experience for senior-level candidates.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Support employee experience and workplace-culture programs.
• Conduct and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback.
• Develop engagement reports, KPIs and recommendations.
• Coordinate employee events, campaigns and internal initiatives.
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Support organizational change and culture initiatives.
