Job summary

Employment in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, documentation and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong English (Hindi also beneficial).

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS is preferred to maintain accurate records and reports. Strong communication and coordination will drive efficient HR services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi helpful).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; HRMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, employee records, and documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports while ensuring data accuracy.
