Job summary

TradesApp in Doha is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead complex HR initiatives from initiation to close, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

You will develop HR project plans, coordinate stakeholders, monitor risks and budgets, drive HR transformation, establish governance, and report progress to senior management. A Bachelor's in HR or related field is required; English is essential, Arabic/GCC experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
• Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
